SUMMARY:  FLAWLESS stars Demi Moore and Michael Caine in the story of a female executive and an elderly janitor who join together to exact revenge on their company by stealing diamonds. While the movie has only minor offensive content, the premise is strongly humanist and anti-biblical, as well as glorifies the crime of stealing.

IN BRIEF:

FLAWLESS stars Demi Moore as Laura Quinn, a driven executive at a diamond company in 1960's London, who finds herself frustrated by a "glass ceiling" after years of faithful employment. Mr. Hobbs, the nighttime janitor at London Diamond played Michael Caine, is virtually invisible to the executives there, but over the years has amassed a startling amount of knowledge about how the company runs. Observing Laura's frustration, he convinces her to help him execute an ingenious plan to steal a hefty sum in diamonds. Unknown to Laura, Hobbs plans go even farther than he's letting her know.

FLAWLESS is quite entertaining. Although it is another "heist" movie, a few unique twists keep the story moving along well. The strongest element is most certainly the acting. Michael Caine brings a bright energy to the screen. Demi Moore is excellent portraying a younger businesswoman in 1960's London. The story's simplicity keeps the picture moving along well enough to overlook some rather unbelievable plot holes. There is almost no offensive content (including sex, nudity, violence, and profanity), but the movie's humanistic, anti-biblical worldview is offensive. It glorifies stealing and contains two overt comments against the Bible.
